Weekly Goal – July 7 Saturday, Jul 7 2007

This week my goal is to work on my oral hygiene. I’ll research, buy things and set up a habit of always having nice, fresh breath. I’ll track my progress sticking to my (not yet formed) ritual, with a 30 day trial.

My 1-year Plan Saturday, Jul 7 2007

I’ve set a lot of goals, and I maintain my desire to achieve those goals, BUT, I’ve realised that it’s impossible to stay focussed and motivated on more than one goal at once.
